Matthew has been with the Press since 2011, where he worked as a senior publicity and marketing coordinator until he joined the acquisitions team in 2014. Since then he has worked on the neuroscience, psychiatry, and biomedical sciences list, and is currently working to expand the global health and medical humanities lists, focussing on original, spunky, and rigourous books for both popular and professional readerships. He also handles some of the distribution publishers under the MIT Press umbrella, including Goldsmiths Press and Strange Attractor Press. Matt can be reached at
